Our Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Kavuru Lakshmi Vara Prasad graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
and served with APGENCO erstwhile APSEB.
His area of expertise include Thermal power plant construction, O&M activities
as well as Hydro projects.
He resigned from APGENCO and worked in the USA on several leading fourtune 500 companies
in various management roles. During his exposure to international business practices,
he quickly recognized
the need for infrastructure development in India. Fueled by the vision to contribute to his countries needs, he
expanded the business beyond his native state of Andhra Pradesh.
Understanding the importance of further expansion and better business processes,
the company was transformed into a Private Limited Company, i.e., Kavuru Infra Projects
Private Limited.
He was the first Managing Director of the newly incorporated firm and expanded the
business canvas from Power projects to housing, irrigation, Road and realty.
At the young age, Mr. Prasad was back from USA to serve the national interest and
a successful business person and he sought a higher calling beyond the confines
of a commercial office. He strongly desire to positively contribute to the country�s
governance and growth.
